PRODUCTION
We translate imaginative & innovative designs into reality- We have integrated Sampling Unit & Product Development Department which is engaged in developing new fabrics, designs etc. to cater to the demands of fast-changing fashion trends. The team consists of Product Manager, distinguished Fashion Designers, Pattern Masters, Quality Controllers, 70 Hand Beaders and dedicated sewing and finishing units. Their exclusive cuts and designs make us an overwhelming favorite in overseas markets. Additionally, the feedback and interaction with top names in Fashion Capitals of Italy give an irrepressible edge to our collections.
The designs are well-researched trends and are a result of regular extensive travels to European Fashion Capitals as well a constant exposure to American Fashion Trends.
Production Facilities-
We create flawless products Our manufacturing units powered by Modern stitching units several specialized machinery, Upgraded electrical lighting/Air infrastructure results into a Manufacturing Capacity of about 20,000 pieces per month. Additionally, all subcontracting for hand embroideries is performed with extreme caution resulting in complete satisfaction of our customers in ‘Zero Defect’ quality & ‘No Delivery slipups. All Compliance requirements are adhered by meeting or exceeding Indian & International Labor Laws & Health & Safety Norms.
Packaging Division-
Presentation and Final Packing are critical aspects of our product and as such are dealt with due emphasis by around 50 employees using advance and state of the art packaging material according to the internationally accepted packaging standards.
Quality Audit Department-
We have a team of 6 Quality Controllers / Auditors under the supervision of one senior QA Manager. The team physically checks the merchandise at various stages (from raw fabrics to finished product) in production. Reporting directly to Managing Director and independent of production team, Quality assurance ensures that every piece shipped is up to the satisfaction of the client.
